Olorun Ti Mo Gbagbo is a prayer hymn for God’s protection, as well as a song of rebirth and restoration. Chapter 35 verses 24 and 25 of the book of Psalms state, “Vindicate me by Your righteousness, O LORD my God, and do not allow them to take pleasure in my misery.” No one should be allowed to declare in their hearts, “Aha, just what we wanted!” Do not allow them to proclaim, “We have swallowed him whole!”
