Deuteronomy 22:5 (KJV) Says:
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.
Deuteronomy 22:5 (NIV) Says:
A woman must not wear men’s clothing, nor a man wear women’s clothing, for the Lord your God detests anyone who does this.

IN CONCLUSION, NO it’s not a sin for Ladies to Wear Trousers (Pants). Why? you would have to Listen to the Audio/Video Above and I would urge you to do so for more clarity
The only way it is sin for a woman to wear trousers is if her father or her husband forbids her to wear them or if she wears trousers to her church when her pastor has made it clear that female members should not wear trousers to church (DISOBEDIENT). But if a woman’s father, husband, or pastor allows her to wear pants, then there is no sin in her doing this
Some can say: In the Days of Jesus, They never had any Pant (Trouser) in fact Jesus wore a tunic (chitōn), which for men normally finished slightly below the knees. and Women wore an outer garment known as a stola. But 2000+ years ago and now things have changed now with the increment of fashion & technology.
The Bible Encourages us to Dress Modestly.
1 Timothy 2:9-10: Says
I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, 10 but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God.
The bottom Line
God requires that we dress modestly.
He is not against wearing expensive clothing or looking beautiful.
But as much as we should, our dressing should not look immoral or indecent.
We must display humility and the fear of God in every aspect of our lives.
